Technology and Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Technology and Customer Success Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with electronic security systems, build strong relationships with customers, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Become an expert in electronic security systems, including access control, intrusion alarms, CCTV, and IP camera systems.
- Engage with customers, recommend tailored solutions, and provide pre- and post-sales technical support.
- Show a customer-centric approach by putting their needs first in all circumstances.
- Lead customer success by assisting with system design, installation, troubleshooting, and warranty repairs, and help them achieve outcomes they didn't realise were possible.
- Drive additional sales by identifying upsell opportunities and supporting the sales team at the trade counter.
- Build your future with ongoing training and support, giving you the opportunity to progress within the business.

- A people person who is comfortable in customer-facing roles and great at building strong, lasting relationships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and not wait for direction.
- Tech-curious with a basic understanding of IP and networking principles.
- Problem-solver who can think on your feet, ask the right questions, and come up with creative solutions.
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
LocationThis role is based in Lane Cove, Sydney, and involves working with a leading supplier to the security industry.
