About the Role

As a highly experienced People and Development Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the delivery of people initiatives and operations across the partner and employee life-cycle at Budage Pty Limited.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our dynamic People & Development team in Sydney, where you will provide trusted advice to our partners, managers, and employees. Reporting to the Sydney P&D Manager, you will be responsible for delivering cyclical activities, such as promotions, annual performance reviews, remuneration, and talent identification, to client groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on firm policies and employee relations matters
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment and workforce planning strategies
  • Partner with our Learning & OD team to identify individuals for excellence programs and other projects
  • Design and deliver culture and engagement initiatives
  • Cultivate strong relationships with partners, managers, and employees through coaching and mentoring
  • Promote the firm's diversity and inclusion strategy and health and wellbeing offerings
  • Leverage project management skills to drive business outcomes
  • Lead change management initiatives

Requirements

  • Demonstrate proven abilities in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Showcase experience working within the legal profession or professional services (advantageous but not essential)

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range between $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a permanent full-time position offering a range of benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
