The Opportunity

The People Partner will report directly to the Head of People Partnering and work closely with the Commercial leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business's goals. This role is crucial in creating an environment where employees can thrive.

  • Partner with commercial leaders to execute HR initiatives focused on three critical imperatives.
  • Work closely with leaders and HR COE's to address talent gaps across key functions.
  • Provide expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Drive action planning through annual engagement surveys in collaboration with commercial leaders.
  • Coach and influence leaders to develop and sustain a constructive culture.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee relations issues, including mediating disputes, conducting investigations, and addressing grievances.
  • Enable leaders to deliver effective HR cyclical based events.
  • Own and deliver cross-functional projects aligned with our people strategy.
