Pivotal Role in Delivering Exceptional Client Experience

The Guest Services Ambassador is a vital position within JLL, playing a pivotal role in providing authentic service experiences that foster strong relationships between JLL, clients, and their guests. Based at our Richmond office, this individual is responsible for welcoming employees and visitors with genuine hospitality and thoughtful services, while maintaining smooth operations by providing client, visitor, and administrative support.



Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure a comfortable, welcoming, and hospitable experience for employees and their guests
  2. Manage the booking, setting, and refreshing of client meeting and event spaces
  3. Liaise with the technology team to ensure all AV/VC equipment is operational and provide client support as needed
  4. Collaborate with the Workplace team to deliver accurate and efficient client communications
  5. Handle internal and external calls and correspondence with professionalism
  6. Foster a sense of community and create happiness at work for our team, clients, and their guests


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need experience in a customer-facing environment, bringing a strong 'customer service A-game' to JLL. You'll be well-presented, well-spoken, flexible, and able to build good rapport with stakeholders at all levels. You must be able to manage conflicting priorities, apply holistic approaches for long-term solutions, and comply with the firm's procedures and standards.



  1. Experience in hospitality, corporate, or related professional areas is essential
  2. Qualifications in hospitality or business are advantageous
