About the Role:

This Corporate Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and providing high-level administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and greet clients in a professional manner
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including email management and online bookings
  • Schedule meetings and appointments, and coordinate events and functions
  • Organise catering and manage meeting room bookings
  • Ensure a seamless and efficient workflow, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and experience working in a corporate environment
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Competency with IT systems and presentation skills
