Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Coordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to get involved with building a successful brand and become a key figure within the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project plans and timelines, including objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Manage project teams and coordinate team efforts to ensure timely completion.
  • Communicate with clients to understand needs and objectives, ensuring project expectations are met.
  • Manage project budgets and financials, tracking costs and managing finances.
  • Identify and manage project risks, developing risk management plans.
  • Coordinate project testing and quality assurance activities.
  • Lead project closeout activities, finalizing deliverables, conducting evaluations, and documenting results.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to team members, ensuring necessary skills and resources.
Requirements:
  • A degree in a relevant field such as project management, engineering, or construction management.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably on Data Centre projects or in Life Sciences/Pharma.
  • Strong leadership skills, including leading and managing teams, delegating tasks, and making decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effectively communicating with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Organizational and time management skills, managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
  • Financial and budget management skills, managing project budgets and financials.
  • Knowledge of local construction industry and Victorian Building Codes.
