As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Your primary responsibilities will include developing, maintaining, and managing project schedules, coordinating with project teams, and reporting on project progress.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project scheduling, with experience working with Microsoft Project and other project management tools. You will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary package of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including career development opportunities and a supportive work environment.

About the Role

The Senior Project Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining project schedules using Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
  • Coordinating with project teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Reporting on project progress to stakeholders, including project managers, clients, and team members.
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
  • Providing support to project managers in the planning and execution of projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., project management, business administration).
  • At least 3 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
