- Monitoring and identifying adoption and utilization trends, providing recommendations based on risk and customer business needs
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of success in managing complex customer engagements and developing strategic plans
- Experience working with digital adoption platforms and customer data analytics tools
- Ability to interact with enterprise customer teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships
