Senior Customer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team at ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Job DescriptionAs a Senior Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all inbound calls and emails from new and existing customers. Your primary goal will be to deliver timely and accurate responses to all inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with our sales team to drive sales and retention success, adhering to internal processes and targets. This includes implementing strategies to optimize conversion rates, actively engaging with potential customers during inbound calls, and increasing new business and retention success rates through effective handling of inquiries.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers in our CRM system, adhering to internal sales and retentions triage processes, and adhering to external regulatory and legislative requirements.
Responsibilities- Implement strategies to optimize conversion rates of inbound leads
- Actively engage with potential customers during inbound calls to enhance lead transformation
- Increase new business and retention success rates through effective handling of inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in our CRM system
- Adhere to internal sales and retentions triage processes and external regulatory and legislative requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Customer service orientated
- Contact Centre experience
- Proficient in customer leads management (CRM)
- Ability to achieve results through sales and customer service
- Ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholder influences
