Job Description

The Senior Engagement and Retention Manager will be responsible for driving engagement and retention strategies across IG Group in Australia. This role will support the Head of Marketing in executing deliverables that align with key strategic priorities, focusing on enhancing customer experiences and increasing active client base.

About You

You'll be a seasoned professional with experience in Lifecycle & Retention Marketing within SaaS or Fintech industries. Your expertise in using Salesforce will help drive data-driven decision making. A strong communicator with project management skills, you'll lead team members to develop integrated campaigns and deliver projects on time.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can adapt to change, and stays ahead of industry trends. Your ability to work collaboratively, build strong relationships, and evolve existing customer journey programmes will make you an excellent fit for this role.
