About the Role

We are seeking a talented Customer Engagement Specialist to join our Contact Centre team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a strong ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.

As a Relationship Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to existing customers, ensuring that their financial needs are met and exceeded.

You will work closely with our internal teams to provide tailored solutions to customers, leveraging your knowledge of ME Bank's products and services to drive sales growth and customer retention.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Become a trusted advisor to our customers, providing them with expert advice on their financial goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, built on trust, empathy, and a deep understanding of their individual needs.
  • Contribute to the success of our team by achieving sales targets and exceeding customer satisfaction standards.

We are looking for an experienced Client Retention Professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a proven track record of driving sales growth and customer retention.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
