The Role:
We are looking for a talented HR professional to oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations while driving strategic initiatives that align with the firm's overall goals. As a trusted advisor to senior leaders and executives, you will provide expert guidance on employee relations, organisational design, and performance management. You will also lead, support and develop a team of HR professionals to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure efficient and effective HR practices by overseeing day-to-day HR operations.
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior leaders, providing expertise on employee relations, organisational design, and performance management.
- Develop and implement employee engagement and experience initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Support the realignment of the HR function from a generalist model to a more specialised framework to meet evolving organisational needs.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and processes are aligned with current legislation and industry best practices.
- Lead cultural alignment initiatives that reinforce the organisation's values and mission.
- Provide insights on key HR and operational metrics to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to refine the People Strategy and drive business outcomes.
About You:
You are an experienced HR leader with a proven track record of successfully managing HR functions in a dynamic, high-performing environment. You possess a strong understanding of HR operations, employee engagement, and organisational development. A pragmatic approach to solving HR challenges and the ability to drive organisational change and cultural alignment are essential qualities for this role.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant HR certifications are highly desirable.
- 5+ years of experience in senior HR leadership roles, with a focus on HR operations, employee engagement, and organisational development.
- Expertise in managing employee relations, employee value proposition, and employee experience initiatives.
- Awareness of facilities and front-of-house operations management is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and diverse teams.
- A proven track record of successfully leading and coaching HR teams to deliver high-impact results.
