The Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to support our continued growth and development. Reporting to the Vice President (APAC), you will provide comprehensive HR operational services to support staff, working closely with the senior leadership team and international HR teams to drive strategic business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement performance management systems that promote employee growth and development.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and equitable resolutions.
  • Maintain company policies, procedures, and human resources records, ensuring compliance with government regulations and audit requirements.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance on performance management, including coaching, counselling, and career development.
  • Facilitate the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Design, implement, and maintain HR policies and processes that align with business objectives.
  • Oversee payroll functions, resolving queries and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage remuneration and salary reviews, ensuring fairness and equity.
  • Provide expert HR advice and support across all facets of HR management.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong operational HR foundation, preferably from a standalone role. Your expertise should span recruitment policy, Employee Relations, and supervising Payroll. A proactive individual who can contribute to organisational development is highly desirable.

Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in HR Management, ideally within industrial or manufacturing industries.
  • Demonstrated experience with Employee relations and IR issues.
  • Empathy, integrity, intelligence, and self-driven qualities.
  • Able to work independently in a busy, multi-skilled environment.
  • Engagement in managing safety, health, and well-being.
  • Able to provide accurate, timely, and pragmatic advice to colleagues, managers, and staff.
  • Capable of partnering with senior leaders to drive organisational strategies.
  • Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. This includes:
