You will be responsible for leading a team of HR professionals, ensuring a high-performing and positive work environment. Your key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient and effective HR practices.
- Acting as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior leaders, providing guidance on employee relations, organisational design, and performance management.
- Leading employee engagement and experience initiatives, including the annual employee engagement survey and analysis of results.
- Supporting the realignment of the HR function from a generalist model to a more specialised framework to align with evolving organisational needs.
- Ensuring HR policies, procedures, and processes are in line with current legislation and industry best practices.
- Leading and implementing cultural alignment initiatives that reinforce our firm's values and mission.
- Contributing to Board, Audit and Risk Committee reporting, providing insights on key HR and operational metrics.
- Assisting with quarterly and monthly reporting to the executive team.
We are seeking an experienced HR leader with recent financial services experience, ideally with a proven track record of successfully managing HR functions in a dynamic, high-performing environment. You should be a hands-on leader who is comfortable balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day operations. We value a pragmatic approach to solving HR challenges and the ability to drive organisational change and cultural alignment.
Key qualifications and experience include:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant HR certifications are highly desirable.
- 5+ years of experience in senior HR leadership roles, with a strong focus on HR operations, employee engagement, and organisational development.
- Expertise in managing employee relations (ER), employee value proposition (EVP), and employee experience initiatives.
- Awareness of facilities and front-of-house operations management is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and diverse teams.
- A track record of successfully leading and coaching HR teams to deliver high-impact results.
As an HR Director at HR Partners by Randstad, you can expect a competitive salary ranging between £80,000 to £110,000 depending on your experience, plus a range of benefits and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
