HR Project Coordinator

Civica, a leading provider of software solutions for public services, is seeking an HR Project Coordinator to play a vital role in managing complex change initiatives within our organization.
This exciting opportunity will see you coordinating projects, managing data, and liaising with key stakeholders, including HR Business Partners. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining accurate records.
As an HR Project Coordinator, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including coordinating meetings, managing project timelines, and ensuring data accuracy. You'll also develop and implement effective change management strategies, create and distribute essential communication materials, facilitate consultation processes, and monitor project progress.
We're looking for someone with a strong HR coordination background and experience across projects, as well as previous experience in change management/transformation initiatives. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to manage high workloads and prioritise tasks, as well as work under pressure and complete time-sensitive tasks, is also required.
A keen problem-solver with excellent analytical skills is essential for this role. Previous experience working in a global matrix organisation is highly desirable, as is an understanding of Australian payroll and tax laws.
Civica offers a competitive salary of $90,000 per annum, plus benefits that include flexible work arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a generous leave package.
