Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage project plans, ensuring high-quality workmanship and finishes through collaboration with site staff;
  • Oversee project budgets, liaising with site staff to achieve targets;
  • Develop and modify construction programs as required;
  • Present internal and external reports on job status;
  • Proactively prevent problems and resolve emerging issues;
  • Build a cohesive project team with defined responsibilities;
  • Mentor staff to effectively carry out their assigned tasks

Requirements:

  • Trade or tertiary qualification in Construction, Engineering, or Building;
  • General Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card);
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar role;
  • Prior experience in Aged Care or Industrial settings is preferred;

Total Construction offers a competitive salary range of AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with:
