Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation and communication skills, with a proven track record of managing project expenditures and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, and procurement schedules
  • Manage progress claims and client variations while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Oversee project expenditure tracking and reporting, providing insights for informed decision-making
  • Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
  • Support the Project Manager and team with daily operations, ensuring seamless project execution
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Building, Construction, or Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of construction industry best practices
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Jobpac and other relevant software applications
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience
