The role requires effective communication, consultation, and empathy skills to meet customer service standards and targets. You will need to address technical and account assistance requests, diagnose and resolve non-service related cases, and handle conflict resolution and escalate complaints when necessary. Familiarity with the telco industry is preferred but not essential. Background or strong interest in IT and tech, accounts, or customer service is also beneficial.

We offer a range of benefits including 26 weeks paid parental leave, discounted internet, mobile services discounts, employee assistance program, and monthly rewards and recognition. Our rotational roster operates between 8am and 12am, Monday to Sunday, and public holidays. We require a commitment to working 37.5 hours per week (full-time hours).

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package. Based on national averages and market conditions, we estimate an annual salary of around $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
