Job Description

This is a full-time position based at our modern Dandenong Head Office with travel to customer sites. The role involves planning and performance of all sales activities, supporting customers directly by collecting relevant technical information, and providing regular reports and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the planning and performance of all sales activities in Victoria, NSW, Tasmania, and South Australia.
  • Supporting Customers directly by collecting relevant technical information and liaising with Engineering and Customer Service to provide accurate quotations.
  • Providing regular reports, forecasts, market and competitor information, and customer feedback to the Company.
  • Participating in trade shows on the local and national level.
  • Analysing and understanding customers' needs on Equipment, Parts, Maintenance, Service, and Upgrade options.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in a Technical Sales role (preferably linked to the Oil and Gas sector).
  • A recognised qualification in Engineering (Mechanical Preferred) or a related Technical Field.
  • Customer focused with a commitment to pursue a career in Sales and Business development.
  • An ability to learn about new products and concepts and share knowledge with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal.
  • Some knowledge of rotating equipment.
  • Exposure to a modern CRM system (Salesforce preferred).
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
  • An Australian Drivers license.
