Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Relationship Coordinator to join our team in South East Melbourne and Peninsula. As a key member of our Workforce Australia team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to make a real impact in our organisation. You will work closely with our field-based staff and other stakeholders to provide timely and effective support, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

You will utilise your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and educate our customers on the benefits of employment services programs. Your strong administration and organisational skills will enable you to manage day-to-day activities efficiently, while contributing to the development and implementation of new processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to promote our employment services programs.
  • Administration: Manage appointment enquiries, coordinate day-to-day activities, and perform required administrative tasks to assist in overall operations.
  • Communication: Provide information and advice on a broad range of employment services to job seekers, employers, and other stakeholders.
  • Compliance: Discuss and resolve compliance issues with participants who may have missed requirements.
