We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team at the Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC). As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Service Delivery team with respect to commercial and contractual aspects of the Hunter Valley Access Undertaking (HVAU) and Access Holder Agreements (AHA).
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive support to the Service Delivery team with respect to commercial and contractual aspects of the HVAU and AHA.
- Act as the conduit between Service Delivery, the wider Operational functions, and the Development group, which includes Commercial, Development, Property, and Network Strategy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on commercial and contractual matters to ensure compliance with ARTC's policies and procedures.
- Tertiary qualifications in commerce, business, or law, or proven experience in a similar advisory role with evidence of commercial and governance focus.
- Proven experience in comprehending, advising, and planning work outcomes with complex commercial/legal overlaps in a service-oriented business.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen.
- Advanced analytical and numeracy skills, including a demonstrable logical and analytical approach to problem solving.
- Demonstrable interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of staff as part of a team.
