At Autism SA, we are committed to making a difference in the lives of autistic individuals and their families. We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our People & Culture Team.

About the Role:

This is a permanent full-time position that offers an attractive salary package and employee benefits. The successful candidate will work closely with our senior management team to drive diverse HR projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert advice and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Conducting investigations and resolving complex employee relations issues
  • Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs
  • Maintaining compliance with qualification, licensing, and training requirements
  • Monitoring and reporting on workforce and succession planning
  • SUPPORTING TALENT ACQUISITION, DEVELOPMENT, AND RETENTION INITIATIVES

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in HR or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in an HR specialist or generalist role
  • Results-focused with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of IR legislation, HR functions, and best practices

Salary Package:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
