HR Partners, a reputable global law firm, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their Sydney office. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a high-performing national HR team and contribute to delivering quality service excellence and value to clients.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

As an HR Manager at HR Partners, you will be responsible for leading and managing the HR strategy in alignment with stakeholder groups. You will provide strategic business partnering support to senior leaders, mentor and guide junior HR professionals, and lead talent management programs to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior HR staff
  • Lead talent management programs to develop, engage, and retain employees
  • Collaborate with other HR Managers on company-wide initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
