About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team at Hudson Australia. As a Senior HR Consultant, you will play a key role in driving strategic HR initiatives and providing expert advice to leadership and teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic HR projects and initiatives to drive business outcomes
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Provide HR advisory services to leadership and teams on matters such as change management, policy and compliance, and organizational development
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and address HR-related risks and opportunities
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior generalist HR role, preferably in Utilities, Finance, Heavy Industry, Mining, Gas, or Defence
  • Change management and project delivery expertise, with strong capability in managing and delivering P&C change management initiatives and projects
  • Stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with experience in partnering and building relationships with various levels of stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to analyze complex HR issues and develop effective solutions
  • Legislative and IR knowledge, with high-level knowledge of applicable legislation and industrial relations instruments
  • Time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance strategic work with business-as-usual deliverables
  • HR systems and technology expertise, with experience in HR systems such as Workday and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
About the Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.
