About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a complex, matrixed environment. You will be expected to work closely with our business partners to understand their needs and develop solutions that align with our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide strategic HR support to our business partners, including advice on recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
  • To contribute to the development of our people, through coaching, mentoring, and training programs.
  • To work closely with our business partners to understand their needs and develop solutions that align with our company's goals.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, including personnel files, leave records, and performance reviews.
  • To ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including the Fair Work Act and relevant Awards.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • An undergraduate and/or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources and/or Industrial Relations.
  • Strong influencer with a people-focused orientation.
  • Self-confident and able to clearly articulate complex HR matters to colleagues and managers.
  • Thorough knowledge and application of the Fair Work Act and relevant Awards.
  • Experience in managing HR projects and execution.
  • A passionate and proactive mindset; willing and able to take initiatives.
Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
