Your New Role

As the HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the HR strategy to align with our strategic objectives. You will oversee the development and implementation of HR projects, enhance employee training and development, and manage key HR functions including recruitment, remuneration, and industrial relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and project plans to support business goals
  • Partner with management to deliver innovative HR solutions and identify opportunities to address business challenges
  • Enhance people management capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and effective training programs
  • Oversee HR administration processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes, including employer branding and talent management
  • Oversee remuneration and benefits, ensuring competitive and fair compensation
  • Handle industrial relations and WHS matters, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and fostering employee engagement

About You

  • You must have experience in the freight forwarding and logistics industry

Salary Information:
