An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled HR Coordinator to take on an advisory role within our well-established, supportive HR team. You will collaborate closely with the team's HR Business Partners and HR Manager to help drive key business initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assess hiring needs, manage recruitment timelines, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews
- Work collaboratively with the HR Business Partners to support the achievement of strategic objectives
- Distribute engagement surveys, gather and analyse data to identify trends
- Perform personnel file checks to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Provide expert advice and coaching on employment conditions, policy interpretation, and performance management
- Conduct and review exit interviews, identifying areas for improvement as needed
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar HR role
- Able to work effectively within a fast-paced environment and team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
About the Opportunity:
This is a 7-month fixed-term contract offering a competitive salary of AU$70,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and results-driven professional looking to take your career to the next level, we encourage you to apply.
