Business Relationship Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Business Relationship Manager to join our team at Leidos. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our Defence clients, working closely with them to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and document user problems, needs, and/or enhancement opportunities.
- Capture and model current and planned business processes.
- Conduct user liaison for ICT activities, including software development.
- Coordinate and manage engagements with relevant stakeholders, including support teams, end users, and other involved in business analyst activities.
- Provide feedback on areas for improvement within existing business processes and support Organisational Change Management.
- Contribute to, improve, and enable delivery and escalation processes.
- Support Change Management activities and the transition of solutions into production and operational use.
- Develop plans, procedures, work instructions, manuals, and other technical documentation for use by target staff.
Requirements
- Previous military knowledge or ADF working experience is essential.
- Requires expert knowledge of and ability to apply advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts.
- Organisational Change Management experience and ability to bring the customer along the change management journey.
- Business Process Mapping Experience and Understanding.
- Strong presentation, engagement, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve deliverables and positive outcomes.
- Proven strong collaboration skills and an ability to work proactively with technical staff, management, end users, and other stakeholders to ensure that value is delivered to end users in a timely manner.
- Experience with MS Visio, Nintex, Holocentric, and SharePoint are all desirable.
- Awareness of Power BI use.
