About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Programmed Skilled Workforce in Canberra.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing business across the Canberra region, building strong relationships with existing and new clients, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and develop a positive safety culture across the business
  • Proactively visit customer sites to ensure service levels are consistently met or exceeded
  • Positively promote Programmed services to existing and new clients
  • Deliver professional proposals/quotes to current and potential clients
  • Drive safety improvement through regular safety talks and site inspections
  • Maintain compliance and accurate account history for existing and prospective clients

Requirements

  • Ability to deliver high-level Customer Relationship Management
  • Experience identifying and closing new business opportunities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be approachable and confident in dealing with a variety of people
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Hold a current C Class driver's licence
