About the Role

The Customer Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in building strong and profitable customer relationships for Optus Business. This involves creating a compelling proposal to win new customers and delivering exceptional service to existing ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing proposals to acquire new customers
  • Managing customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
  • Working with the commercial team to update pricing and contract variations
  • Assisting with proposal development and management of the delivery internal governance process for stakeholder approval
  • Gathering information required from the team and client to develop documentation
  • Following processes and procedures that are required of the account teams to bring an opportunity to close and claim
Requirements
  • Australian Citizenship is required for Security Clearance purposes
  • An ICT or Telecommunications background is advantageous, but not essential
  • Knowledge of voice Products, NetAccess DSL, Mobile products, Data Products
  • Excellent communication, customer-focused, and solid relationship-building skills
  • Professional presentation experience
  • Proven track record with critical time management and task prioritization
