About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Business Relationship Developer to join our team. As a Business Relationship Developer, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop relationships to drive successful outcomes.
- Key responsibilities include defining user problems, documenting current processes, and conducting liaison activities for ICT projects.
- You will also coordinate engagement with stakeholders, provide feedback on process improvements, and support organisational change management initiatives.
- Furthermore, you will contribute to the development of plans, procedures, and technical documentation to ensure smooth project delivery.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a multi-year program supporting the Australian Defence Force. You will be embedded with the customer, working onsite to build strong relationships and deliver high-quality results.
About YouWe are looking for someone with experience in defence operations, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of business process mapping. You should have a proven track record of collaboration, problem-solving, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Required skills include expertise in MS Visio, Nintex, Holocentric, and SharePoint, as well as knowledge of Power BI.
- Australian citizenship and NV2 or higher security clearance are essential for this role.
