About the Location

Our hotel, Four Seasons Hotel Sydney, is situated at the epicentre of the historic Rocks district, sparkling Harbour, and bustling CBD. Chic rooms and suites offer breathtaking views of the iconic attractions, while our award-winning restaurant and street front bar are destinations unto themselves.

About the Role

In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Sales and work closely with the Sales team to provide critical day-to-day office administration and operational support. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and key contacts, handling phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative tasks for the Sales team
  • Communicate with clients and key contacts via phone, email, and in-person
  • Coordinate site inspections and arrange in-room dining amenities for guests
  • Assist the sales team with contracts, proposals, and RFP submissions
  • Maintain and update sales systems and databases
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hotel/travel/tourism industry, preferably in a luxury brand
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills
  • Ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
