Job Overview

As a Guest Services Agent at Harbour Rocks Hotel, you will be the face of our hotel, delivering exceptional guest experiences and making every interaction memorable.

Your role is to ensure every guest feels welcomed home, offering thoughtful, attentive services that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the hotel, providing a warm welcome to every guest who walks through the doors.
  • Follow best practices in all procedures and policies, ensuring seamless service at every touchpoint and maintaining high standards.
  • Work closely with the entire team, from Front Office to Housekeeping, Management, Sales, and beyond, to ensure every detail of our guests' stay is flawless.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, creating magical moments for guests.
  • A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
  • The ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences and take pride in making every interaction memorable.
  • Familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera Cloud and Infrasys (although enthusiasm for learning and adapting is what really sets you apart).
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
