As our Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with key accounts, and managing the day-to-day operations of our conference & events & groups department.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
  • Identify, pursue, and manage new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, group bookings, and events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Manage the sales budget, forecast future sales, and analyze performance metrics to ensure goals are met.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance the hotel's visibility and reputation.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of client needs and expectations.

Requirements

  • Previous hotel sales management experience is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with key stakeholders.
  • Pride in personal presentation and grooming is a must.
  • Sound time management and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Advanced PMS & IVvy experience is desirable.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
