Sales and Revenue Growth Specialist

Hotel Totto is a stylish boutique hotel located in the heart of Wollongong CBD. We offer a unique and relaxing experience for our guests, with 150 industrial-style rooms and a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant and bar.
The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Hotel Totto. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue and increase market share. This will involve managing and expanding our client base, building strong relationships with key accounts, and ensuring our hotel meets its revenue and occupancy targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
- Identify, pursue, and manage new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, group bookings, and events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
- Manage the sales budget, forecast future sales, and analyze performance metrics to ensure goals are met.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance the hotel's visibility and reputation.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of client needs and expectations.
As a Sales Manager at Hotel Totto, you will receive a competitive salary of AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including:
