Hotel Sales Director

As a leading hotel in Wollongong CBD, we're committed to delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. To achieve this goal, we're seeking a highly skilled Hotel Sales Manager to join our team.
About the Role- Drive revenue growth and increase market share through effective sales strategies.
- Manage and expand our client base, building strong relationships with key accounts.
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the conference and events department.
We're looking for an experienced sales professional who can hit the ground running and make a significant impact on our revenue growth. If you have a proven track record in hotel sales management and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
- Identify, pursue, and manage new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, group bookings, and events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
- Manage the sales budget, forecast future sales, and analyze performance metrics to ensure goals are met.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance the hotel's visibility and reputation.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of client needs and expectations.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
