This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and support the bargaining process for a new Enterprise Agreement. As a subject matter expert, you will provide authoritative advice on industrial and employee relations matters across the organization.

In this newly created position, you will report in matrix to the Chief People Officer and Head of People Operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the EBA process
  • Providing accurate and authoritative advice on complex ER matters
  • Drafting correspondence on behalf of stakeholders
  • Ensuring employment contracts and relevant documentation are compliant

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in employee relations, specifically in the negotiation of Enterprise Agreements. Your expertise should include:

  • Extensive experience in complex case management and mentoring colleagues
  • Proven experience within various tribunals and the Fair Work Commission processes
  • A minimum of 7 to 10 years' experience in a specialist employee relations role

This is a fixed-term part-time opportunity (.6 or .8 FTE) with a competitive salary package estimated at around $95,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
