Job Description
  • Act as the primary point of contact for ER-related queries, providing expert advice and guidance to HR teams and line managers.
  • Develop and implement ER strategies and policies, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel to mitigate employment-related risks and maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements.
  • Provide training to line managers on ER-related issues, ensuring effective communication and interpersonal skills.
The Successful Applicant

A successful ER Advisor will possess:

  • Previous experience in a similar ER role within the Transport & Distribution industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage and resolve ER issues.
