This is an exciting opportunity to join Toll Group as a Human Resources Specialist - Employee Relations, where you will play a key role in fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.

As an experienced ER professional, you will be responsible for addressing and resolving employee concerns, disputes, and grievances in accordance with company policies and Australian labour laws.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Australian employment laws, industrial relations, and Fair Work regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters
  • Conduct investigations into workplace issues and provide recommendations for resolution
  • Develop and implement HR guidelines aligned with company policies and procedures
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with policies, procedures, and relevant employment laws

Toll Group is a leading logistics and transportation company with a presence across Australia. We are committed to providing a safe and inclusive work environment for our employees.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus superannuation and other benefits.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in human resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
  • Proven experience in an ER role, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws, industrial relations, and Fair Work regulations
