Employee Relations Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Employee Relations Lead to join our People & Culture team at CPA Australia Ltd. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for delivering Employee Relations guidance to our People Partnering team and people leaders across the globe. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing ER policies, ensuring compliance with labour laws in all our global offices, handling conflict resolution processes, and promoting a positive work environment.
About the role:
- Key responsibilities:
- Provide expert, strategic, and people-centered advice and guidance on conduct, performance, and complex employment matters.
- Effectively address and resolve a wide range of workplace issues and ER matters across our Australian and global offices.
- Develop and implement effective employee relations policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant agreements and employment laws.
- End-to-end employee relations management.
- Support knowledge and capability-building for the wider P&C team and leaders on relevant workplace relations topics and how to handle employee relations issues.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, working with them on various initiatives, such as policy development, dispute resolution, or change management, encouraging their participation and input.

- You will be an experienced and trusted ER Lead, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with business leaders.
- Hands-on approach and strategic mindset enable you to influence decision-making.
- Solutions-focused and enjoy supporting and coaching P&C teams and leaders on workplace and ER issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Global Employee Relations experience is advantageous in this role.
