Industrially Compliant Employee Relations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrially Compliant Employee Relations Specialist to join our team at VMCH. As an employee relations advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the Employee Relations Manager and the wider People Services team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice on complex business partnering matters and workplace investigations.
- Develop frameworks and systems that support sustainable industrial relations compliance.
- Interpret industrial instruments and offer guidance as needed.
- Ensure payroll processes are aligned with relevant industrial instruments through audits.
- Support negotiations and the implementation of new enterprise agreements.
You have a bachelor's degree in business, commerce, human resources or a related field and few years of experience in a similar employee relations advisory role or completed a graduate program that included rotations in Human Resources and Finance.
In addition, you possess:
- A strong understanding of relevant employment legislation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to undertake data analysis.
