We are seeking a seasoned Senior Employee Relations Consultant to join our People & Culture team at CPA Australia Ltd. This pivotal role will play a critical part in driving a culture where our people thrive and grow in a dynamic environment.

About the Role

As an experienced ER Lead, you will be responsible for delivering expert guidance on conduct, performance, and complex employment matters to our People Partnering team and people leaders. You will develop and implement effective employee relations policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant agreements and employment laws. Your hands-on approach and strategic mindset will enable you to influence decision-making, and your solutions-focused attitude will drive positive outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic and 'people-centered' advice and guidance on conduct, performance, and complex employment matters.
  • Effectively address and resolve a wide range of workplace issues and ER matters across our Australian and Global offices.
  • Develop and implement effective employee relations policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant agreements and employment laws.
  • End-to-end employee relations management.
  • SUPPORT knowledge and capability-building for the wider P&C team and leaders on relevant workplace relations topics and how to handle employee relations issues.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, working with them on various initiatives, such as policy development, dispute resolution, or change management.
