Employee Relations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Specialist to join our team at VMCH.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will provide support to the Employee Relations Manager and the wider People Services team by providing advice on employee relations matters within a complex industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice on complex business partnering matters and workplace investigations.
- Develop frameworks and systems that support sustainable industrial relations compliance.
- Interpret industrial instruments and offer guidance as needed.
- Evaluate payroll processes to ensure alignment with relevant industrial instruments through audits.
- Support negotiations and the implementation of new enterprise agreements.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A bachelor's degree in business, commerce, human resources or a related field.
- Few years of experience in a similar employee relations advisory role or completed a graduate program that included rotations in Human Resources and Finance.
- A strong understanding of relevant employment legislation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to undertake data analysis.
