About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive the growth of our Pay product at SiteMinder. As the Director of Pay Growth, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Lead the development and implementation of new product features and functionality to drive revenue growth
  • Manage and develop a team of professionals to achieve business outcomes
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners to drive revenue success
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in business management, software product management, or revenue generation in B2B payments or a closely related field
  • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence commercial outcomes at all levels
  • Experience working with software development projects at scale and a track record of addressing customer needs through innovative use of technology
  • People management experience and ability to lead and work with diverse teams to achieve business outcomes
  • Ability to identify, negotiate, and work with external partners to drive revenue success
