About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our Group FP&A team at Zip Pay. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and financial excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Group budget and forecasts consolidation process, ensuring consistency across geographies and operating segments.
  • Manage the month-end reporting process for the regional FP&A and Financial Control teams globally.
  • Review Group Services cost centres on a monthly basis, ensuring accurate and timely accounting.
  • Prepare Budget and Forecast presentations for Board and global executive team in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to the half year and full year financial reporting, including contribution to the investor presentation and half-yearly and annual reports.
  • Work with Finance Systems on system and tooling support for FP&A team.
  • Prepare the budget and forecast process for the Corporate function.
  • Contribute to standardising Zip Finance team reporting templates.
Requirements
  • 8+ years relevant experience in FP&A.
  • Passion for and experience working in FP&A as part of a fast-paced multi-national organisation.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and an ever-changing environment.
  • Experience working with tier 1 ERP & BI systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Desire to continually improve and challenge the status quo.
  • Excellent relationship skills.
