About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Pay to drive the growth of our Pay product. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth and expansion of our Pay product
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and drive results
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and innovations to drive growth and improvement
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in business management, software product management, or revenue generation in B2B payments or a closely related field
  • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse, cross-functional stakeholder groups and influence commercial outcomes at all levels
  • Experience working with software development projects at scale, as well as a track record of addressing customer needs through innovative use of technology
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve business objectives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
