Sales Director

This is a Sales Director position with Volkswagen Group Australia, a leading company in the Australian market. The role offers an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing team and contribute to the company's success.
The Sales Director will report to the Brand Director of CUPRA and be responsible for delivering strategic sales and volume objectives, as well as market share growth for the brand. The ideal candidate will have extensive market and retail experience within the Australian automotive industry, as well as a strong background in sales leadership and strategic planning.
The role involves setting sales strategies and plans, managing financial performance, and monitoring agent performance. The Sales Director will also be responsible for implementing global initiatives and leading team development.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need to be open-minded, a calculated risk-taker, and experienced in sales leadership, strategic planning, and market analysis. You will also need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to lead a team of 4 and provide guidance to networks.
