We're seeking a seasoned Account Director to lead our client relationships and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that meet and exceed client expectations.

- Mentor and support a team of Account Managers to ensure project success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Proven leadership and project management experience in an agency environment
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
