We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Sales Operations Lead to join our team at Versent. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of bid and tender processes, ensuring seamless transitions from pre-sales to delivery.

As a key member of our sales team, you will collaborate closely with growth sales engagement teams to identify opportunities that highlight the transformative benefits of partnering with us. You will lead all bids, gather input from various internal stakeholders, and liaise with both internal and external parties to develop bid strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial acumen, negotiation, and building client relationships. They will possess excellent project management skills, analytics, and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently.

In this role, you will oversee the bid and proposal qualification process for new opportunities, manage customer, tender, and deal data effectively, and track risks throughout the bid process. You will also ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids, articulate responses that directly address requirements, and leverage previous materials to enhance efficiency.

**Estimated Salary:** AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience
