Operational Strategy Lead

About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Operational Strategy Lead to join our team, responsible for driving efficient and effective execution of our commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts and allocate resources optimally.
- Lead improvement and efficiency initiatives across marketing and sales teams, driving effective sales objectives, strategies, and programs.
- Analyse GTM-related data, including sales performance, market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive intelligence, to derive actionable insights.
- Evaluate and optimize GTM processes and workflows to improve efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and standards to ensure consistency and effectiveness across GTM operations.
- Lead the tracking of sales performance against targets and provide recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Finance, to drive alignment and optimise processes.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in an equivalent role in a SaaS/Technology business.
- Highly developed stakeholder management and credible influencing skills.
- Advanced, analytical problem-solving skills, strong data literacy, and strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly developed communication skills and ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations from data.
- Preference for experience/use of Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Oracle BI, SQL queries).

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
